Working professionals, traditional graduate students, those pursuing other professional or graduate degrees, full-time students and part-time students – all are encouraged to apply.

Admissions are made on a rolling basis. Students select their home campus, Gainesville or Jacksonville. Applications close June 1st.

Recommended Background:

A student using a computer

Foundational biological or medical knowledge (i.e. biology degree or clinical practice experience

OR Strong computational backgrounds in fields (i.e. computer science, statistics, or engineering). Python or R familiarity (optional)

If applicants do not have a background in computer science, they are still encouraged to apply. Computational training will be provided.

The AIBHS graduate program will require:

  • Official undergraduate transcripts
  • Resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • 3 letters of recommendation

AIBHS Program Cost

Florida residents: $530.69 per credit hour, including fees. Non-residents: $1327.88 per credit hour, including fees
